Application: All applicants must complete an application and includes proof of income and proof of identity.  Application Fee is $40.00 per adult applicant.

Screening Criteria:  Good credit, good rental history and criminal records are reviewed during the screening process.

Rental history: Each rental applicant must have good rental history no eviction filings.

Income: at least a gross income of 2 and a half times the rent
